The Department of Neurology at NYU Langone welcomes your interest in our clinical, education, and research programs. NYU Langone has a rich history in the development of Neurology as a specialty and that tradition of moving the field forward exists today. To enhance our clinical, teaching, and research missions, we have formed close relationships with our colleagues in Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, and Neuroscience. We are organized into divisions to emphasize our strengths in sub-specialty Neurology.

Clinical Neurophysiology One of the largest services in the country providing state of the art electrodiagnostic studies and intraoperative monitoring during nervous system at risk surgeries. Aleksandar Beric, MD
Cognitive Neurology Our group provides care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other behavior disorders; working closely with our members in the Neuropsychology division. Thomas Wisniewski, MD, PhD
Epilepsy Center One of the world’s leading groups dedicated to the treatment of seizures. Our group offers both inpatient and outpatient monitoring and the latest surgical and medical treatment options. Orrin Devinsky, MD
